Kiaora families,
Owing to the escalated weather warning issued this morning and following the precautionary state of emergency that has now been issued, Huanui College is reluctantly postponing our Connect Day which was scheduled for Thursday the 22nd January.
Instead, Connect Day will be incorporated into the first day back at the College on Tuesday the 27th of January. We invite new College families to attend the pōwhiri on Tuesday morning, and following this the school will amend its programme for the day to include Connect Day activities.
On the Tuesday afternoon, we will hold the whānau bbq and we cordially invite families to attend to meet Whānau Leaders, staff and students from 3.30pm in the quad.
Please note, the second hand pop-up uniform shop will no longer be operating on Thursday 22nd of January, but will instead be operating from 3.00pm on Tuesday 27th January.
