Over the term a brave group of students and teachers have been fundraising for ‘Shave for a Cure’.
Last Friday they chose to shave their heads for this worthy cause. It was a terrific lunchtime with celebrating, remembering and supporting others in our community.
This amazing team has fundraised $11,250, an unbelievable amount of money. They are currently in second place on the leaderboard for NZ schools. For a small College these students and teachers should be so proud of themselves.
We would like to thank Mrs Amsterdam for coming in and supporting the students, and our whole community for donating. Well done Team Huanui!
